About the position

As a Senior Technical Product and Program Manager within the Data and Analytics organization, you will be responsible for innovating new product offerings and ensuring successful product launches. This role emphasizes understanding customer needs, developing product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers and manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Structure and build quantitative and conceptual analyses
• Develop strategic priorities for the product team, providing an objective perspective on business' current and future needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data foundation products, engineering, and business products to proactively identify issues, design and execute solutions
• Lead interactions with business leaders, data owners, and analytics executives, conduct demos of new functionalities/product features, and drive adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels, including senior executives, in different lines of business, technology, and product teams
• Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Recent experience working in a client-facing role, such as experience with a top management consulting firm or technology product companies
• Experience with AWS data foundational products such as data lakes, data pipelines, and with AI/ML-related technologies and tools
