About the position

Specialty enrollment is complex. We make it simple—through talent like yours. RxLightning creates the next generation software solution that streamlines and digitizes the patient enrollment and intake process. This position is a key component in the understanding how our platform is getting lifesaving drugs to the people who need them. We are seeking a business intelligence/data analyst responsible for measuring and monitoring RxLightning growth and impact to the specialty medication industry. As a Data and Reporting Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data architecture solutions within a cloud computing environment. Your expertise will be crucial in helping organizations leverage the power of data to make informed decisions, enhance business processes, and drive innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is securely stored, efficiently processed, and readily accessible for analysis and reporting. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements, developing and designing scalable, reliable, and efficient data architectures in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will create logical and physical data models, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and performance, while implementing data modeling best practices. Your responsibilities will also include defining data integration strategies, designing data pipelines, and ensuring data quality and lineage across different data sources. You will select and implement appropriate database technologies, optimize database performance, and leverage cloud-native services to automate data workflows and processes. Additionally, you will implement data security measures, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, and define and enforce data governance policies. Monitoring and analyzing system performance, you will identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies, while creating and maintaining documentation for data architecture and best practices. Collaboration with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders will be essential to understand their needs and provide support.
