Citi, the leading global bank, is seeking an IT Project Group Manager (Data and Reporting Lead) to enhance the user experience across our PMO tools through the integration of intelligent automation. This role is pivotal in mitigating existing manual interventions and pain points while collaborating closely with O&T PMO teams, the Enterprise Tool and Reporting team, and key functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex and critical projects, requiring a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the function and how they interact to achieve the objectives of the organization. This position demands excellent communication skills to negotiate internally, often at a senior level, and is accountable for the end results of the area. The IT Project Group Manager will develop and maintain software solutions that automate tedious and time-consuming manual business processes. This role will lead initiatives related to the design and management of workflow automation projects, including creating and maintaining technical documentation, testing and fixing bugs, training users, and identifying technology solutions based on business needs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of RPA development and business analysis, and be comfortable working with a variety of technologies and ambiguity. Additionally, this role will manage the organization's data infrastructure and reporting functions, ensuring accurate collection, analysis, and presentation of data to support strategic decision-making. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that align with the organization's goals. This includes leading the development and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business needs, translating complex data sets into actionable insights, and supervising a team of data analysts and reporting specialists. Continuous evaluation and improvement of data management processes to enhance efficiency and scalability will also be a key responsibility.
