About the position

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data architecture solutions for financial crimes.
• Provide thought leadership on data-related decisions in AML and fraud detection.
• Write technical documentation, data mapping, and JIRA user stories.
• Conduct data validations and testing to ensure data integrity.
• Communicate findings and prepare presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and refine data solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in financial crimes, specifically AML or fraud.
• Strong knowledge of banking transactions and relational databases.
• Proficiency in data mapping and system architecture.
• Expertise in SQL and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to agile methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Understanding of data lineage and reconciliation processes.

• Experience with Spark and Informatica for data processing.
