In this position, you will be responsible for assessing and advocating for data management technologies and practices, effectively bridging the gap between the current state and a well-defined future state. You will interpret and deliver strategic plans that enhance data integration, quality, and delivery in support of various business initiatives. Your role will involve formulating and articulating architectural trade-offs across different solution options, ensuring that all technical requirements are met before recommending the optimal solution. As a Data Architect, you will motivate and develop staff by teaching and empowering them, while also influencing their technical and consulting skills. Collaboration with client stakeholders and development teams will be essential to ensure that our data architecture recommendations maximize the value of client data across their organizations. You will drive innovative technology solutions by providing thought leadership on emerging trends and sharing project solutions and outcomes with colleagues to enhance future project delivery. Additionally, you will partner with CapTech's business development team to showcase our technical capabilities and envision proposed solutions that we can offer to clients, along with estimating work plans.
