CapTech Data Architects play a crucial role in aligning our clients' business objectives with the latest technologies to develop effective strategies for successful data delivery implementations. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing and advocating for data management technologies and practices, effectively bridging the gap between the current state and a well-defined future state. You will interpret and deliver strategic plans that enhance data integration, quality, and delivery in support of various business initiatives and roadmaps. Your role will involve formulating and articulating architectural trade-offs across different solution options, ensuring that technical requirements are met before recommending optimal solutions. Additionally, you will motivate and develop staff by teaching, empowering, and influencing both technical and consulting soft skills. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with client stakeholders and development teams to ensure that data architecture recommendations maximize the value of client data across the organization. You will drive innovative technology solutions by providing thought leadership on emerging trends and sharing project solutions and outcomes with colleagues to enhance future project delivery. Furthermore, you will partner with CapTech's business development team to showcase our technical capabilities, envision proposed solutions, and estimate work plans.
