As a Data Architect-Cloud at Netsmart Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing blueprints for data management systems that integrate, centralize, protect, and maintain data sources. This position is essential for establishing best practices in data technologies and data warehousing, enabling the collection and analysis of large volumes of data. Your work will advance efficiency optimization, predictive analytics, and business intelligence (BI) reporting tools, which are crucial for the organization’s data-driven decision-making processes. You will guide the organization in efficient data and resource management, focusing on best practices with cloud-based big data, data warehouse, and reporting platforms and services. Your responsibilities will include establishing best practices for data-related technical infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, performance, data recovery, and reliability. You will also design and develop business intelligence solutions, document data structures/models, and data flows, and interact with various business units and technical teams to gather requirements. In addition, you will review and optimize current ETL processes, ensuring data quality and accuracy across data systems and sources. This position may require availability outside of standard business hours as part of a rotational on-call schedule, emphasizing the need for flexibility and commitment to maintaining high standards in data management.
