The Data Architect position focuses on data modeling with a strong emphasis on relational and dimensional analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have over 7 years of experience in data modeling, showcasing expertise in both relational and dimensional analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling principles and architecture concepts, as well as extensive experience in data warehouse database design, with a minimum of 5 years in this area. The Data Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that support the organization’s data strategy. This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translating those needs into effective data models. The role also involves ensuring that the data architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and complies with industry standards. The candidate will be expected to support various database technologies, including Oracle, DB2, Teradata, Hadoop, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, and Big Query. In addition to technical skills, the Data Architect will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position is onsite and requires a commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.
