The Data Architect/Delivery Lead position at International Solutions Group (ISG) is a critical role that requires a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in data architecture and engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that meet the needs of our clients, leveraging advanced technologies such as Snowflake and AWS. This role demands a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and the ability to build and manage ETL pipelines, preferably using SnapLogic. The candidate will also need to have a solid grasp of SQL Server and its components, including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS, to ensure effective data management and reporting. In addition to technical expertise, the Data Architect/Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in stakeholder management, working closely with business teams to deliver large-scale projects. The ability to coordinate between onsite and offshore teams is essential, as is the experience in identifying internal opportunities within projects and providing innovative solutions. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Sigma is preferred, as the role may involve presenting data insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of GenAI and DevOps practices, particularly Azure DevOps, which will aid in streamlining project delivery. Experience in the private equity or finance domain is a plus, as it will enhance the candidate's ability to understand the specific needs of our clients in these sectors. Excellent communication skills are a must, as the role involves mentoring and guiding other developers in best practices and deployment processes. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required for this position.
