• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop data models, data flows, and data integration processes for EPIC VBPM and Population Health applications.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices.
• Optimize database performance and manage data security and compliance.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve data management and analytics capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.

Requirements

• Expertise in EPIC VBPM (Value-Based Performance Management) and Population Health.
