We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Senior Clinical Trial Developer and Modeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and optimizing clinical trial designs and predictive models with our clients. You will help them streamline clinical trial processes, and ensure Clinical Research methods are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the highest standards of accuracy and validity. There is no such thing as a typical day. You will run multiple client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to help them navigate the complex world of advanced analytics. We'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how advanced analytics can transform and improve their entire organization - starting with the key business issues they face.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing, developing, and optimizing clinical trial designs and predictive models with clients.
  • Streamlining clinical trial processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Running multiple client engagement teams and delivering quality client services.
  • Monitoring progress, managing risk, and keeping key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Managing expectations of client service delivery and fostering relationships with client personnel.
  • Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
  • Effectively managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Providing constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Partnering with information architecture to build logical/canonical and physical data models aligned with conceptual data models.
  • Developing, organizing, and managing clinical trial protocols, including study design and protocol writing.
  • Performing statistical modeling and simulation to optimize clinical trial designs.
  • Implementing advanced statistical methods to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex clinical data.
  • Collaborating with clinical and research leaders to understand data needs and apply appropriate methodologies.
  • Assessing the feasibility of proposed clinical trials based on statistical modeling.
  • Applying innovative strategies to manage missing data, model selection, and validation.
  • Providing statistical expertise and guidance to clinical teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all clinical trial activities comply with regulatory standards.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports of clinical trial results and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in clinical trial design and predictive modeling.
  • Strong understanding of advanced analytics and its application in the life sciences sector.
  • Ability to foster relationships with clients and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Experience in managing and motivating diverse teams.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with statistical modeling.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards related to clinical trials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
