We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Clinical Trial Developer and Modeler to join our Data and Analytics team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and optimizing clinical trial designs and predictive models in collaboration with our clients. Your work will help streamline clinical trial processes, ensuring that Clinical Research methods are efficient, cost-effective, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and validity. As part of our team, you will engage with clients and diverse teams from EY to create a well-rounded approach to advising and solving challenging problems. No two days will be the same, and with constant research and development, you will find yourself building knowledge that can be applied across a wide range of projects now and in the future. Your responsibilities will include running multiple client engagement teams, providing a unique business perspective on how advanced analytics can transform and improve organizations, and managing expectations of client service delivery. You will also be responsible for fostering relationships with client personnel, monitoring progress, managing risk, and ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Additionally, you will play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization, fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing, developing, and optimizing clinical trial designs and predictive models with clients.
  • Streamlining clinical trial processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Running multiple client engagement teams and providing unique business perspectives on advanced analytics.
  • Monitoring progress and managing risks while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Managing expectations of client service delivery and ensuring high-quality work products.
  • Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
  • Providing constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Partnering with information architecture to build logical and physical data models aligned with conceptual data models.
  • Developing, organizing, and managing clinical trial protocols, including study design and protocol writing.
  • Performing statistical modeling and simulation to optimize clinical trial designs.
  • Implementing advanced statistical methods to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex clinical data.
  • Collaborating with clinical and research leaders to understand data needs and apply appropriate methodologies.
  • Assessing the feasibility of proposed clinical trials based on statistical modeling.

Requirements

  • Experience in clinical trial development and modeling.
  • Strong understanding of advanced analytics and its application in clinical research.
  • Ability to manage and motivate diverse client engagement teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling and simulation techniques.
  • Experience in developing clinical trial protocols and study designs.
