The Data Architect role at Maxonic offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the adoption of generative AI in the design, development, and migration of data applications. This position is hands-on and requires deep collaboration with product and engineering teams, as well as customers and partners. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the maturation and adoption of the Client's redefined software design lifecycle, particularly among cloud data warehouse partners and customers. In this role, the Data Architect will be responsible for identifying and quantifying customer business requirements across various product use-cases. They will design generative AI-powered software design lifecycle solutions tailored to these use-cases, utilizing leading cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and Databricks. The architect will also be tasked with architecting, implementing, and optimizing automated data pipelines, ETL processes, model workflows, and data warehousing solutions. Additionally, the Data Architect will design, document, and advocate for best practices in data architecture, AI modeling, and data integration to facilitate the accelerated adoption of Client solutions. Conducting technical assessments, developing proofs-of-value, and presenting automated solutions to drive optimized paths of product adoption within customers will also be key responsibilities. The role requires continuous development of subject-matter expertise in the latest industry trends and advancements in cloud data platforms, code generation LLMs, text-to-query, and related technologies. Furthermore, the architect will implement security, compliance, and data governance standards across all Client solutions.
