The Data Architect is for the development and implementation of a robust data architecture and state of the art supporting services for greenfield multi-tenant platform. This role is responsible for working closely with engineers and teams on engineering choices and how they align the data architecture to the business vision. The incumbent will design, develop and foster technology innovation. The role will be recognized as a thought leader and advance the craft of architecture and engineering within our organization. Responsibilities include leading the design and development of the platform's data architecture, including data models, databases, data warehouses, and data integration solutions, to support our platform for healthcare administration. The Data Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and software engineers to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Additionally, the architect will apply deep knowledge of healthcare data standards, regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH), and industry best practices to ensure that our data solutions meet regulatory compliance requirements and support healthcare administration workflows effectively.
