Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation and innovation initiatives within the organization.
• Enhance existing data systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and implement integration strategies for efficient data exchange across systems.
• Work cross-functionally with various departments to improve functionality and achieve organizational goals.
• Manage a team to deliver on system improvement timelines and collaborate with external vendors.
• Drive enterprise-level systems integration projects and foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in systems integration.
• Proficient with database management and analytic tools such as R, Python, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Excel.
• Experience with cloud technologies for ETL data management like Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, or AWS EC2.
• Expertise in engineering data pipelines and backend infrastructure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar visualization tools.
