About The Position

The Data Services and Engineering team within the Enterprise IT Product and Operations Technology organization is comprised of highly skilled, collaborative problem solvers who are motivated to create innovative solutions that exceed the changing needs of our customers and move MassMutual forward. As a Data Architect, you will have the opportunity to partner with other experienced technology resources to transform the existing data technology stack to support current and new business processes, adopting a cloud-first approach. In this role, you will be proficient in enterprise, application, and information data architecture design, and you will have experience working in an Agile development environment as well as a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will use your skills to lead and contribute to the design, development, and review of architectural deliverables. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of data applications for analytical and operational use cases, ensuring that the data application architecture aligns with business domain architecture and enterprise data architecture standards. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to present confidently to executive-level audiences and drive conversations with senior technologists within cross-functional teams.
