The candidate will be part of the Information / Data Architecture Practice supporting major initiatives in Marketing, Sales, and Service, as well as Portfolio management. This position requires a strong architect with comprehensive knowledge of data architecture, hands-on experience in data model design, data quality analysis, and a good understanding of data analytics architecture. As Information / Data Architects, the candidate will collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, business, and product teams to create strategies, design data models, and information flows, perform data quality analysis, set standards and best practices, and guide product teams in the implementation of the design. The role involves leading design discussions, creating conceptual and logical data models, and managing and maintaining data models. The candidate will define reporting strategies and identify sources for reporting data, perform data quality analysis to identify issues, and propose solutions to resolve them. Additionally, the candidate will guide product teams in creating physical data model designs and data dictionaries, reviewing design adherence to ensure that standards, guidelines, and best practices are followed. The candidate will also be responsible for creating an information architecture roadmap with a now, near, and far view, facilitating discussions to understand the source of data, establishing a system of record, and creating current and future state data flows. This position is critical in ensuring that the data architecture aligns with the overall business strategy and supports the organization's goals effectively.
