About The Position
The Data Architect at Credentia Nurse Aide, LLC will play a pivotal role in shaping the data architecture and solutions that meet the organization's data management and analytics needs. This position requires a deep understanding of data architecture principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop robust data models. The Data Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture that ensures the integrity and security of data assets. This role involves defining and documenting the organization's data architecture vision, strategy, and principles, and translating business needs into effective data architecture solutions. In this role, the Data Architect will develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data integration, storage, and retrieval. They will design data flows, pipelines, and transformation processes to enable efficient data movement and processing. The architect will also establish data governance policies and frameworks to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance, while implementing data protection measures such as encryption and data masking. Collaboration with database administrators and developers is essential to implement and maintain databases and data structures effectively. The Data Architect will also work closely with business intelligence and analytics teams to define data requirements for reporting and visualization, designing data marts, warehouses, and lakes to support these needs. This position requires strong communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. The Data Architect will participate in project planning and technical discussions, ensuring alignment of data architecture with business goals and objectives.
