Miracle Software Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Information/Data Architect to join our team in Dearborn, Michigan. This full-time position is part of our Information/Data Architecture Practice, which supports major initiatives in Marketing, Sales, Service, and Portfolio management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural background with comprehensive knowledge of data architecture, hands-on experience in data model design, and a solid understanding of data analytics architecture. As an Information/Data Architect, you will collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, business teams, and product teams to develop strategies, design data models, and establish information flows. You will also perform data quality analysis, set standards and best practices, and guide product teams in implementing the designs you create. In this role, you will lead design discussions, create conceptual and logical data models, and maintain data dictionaries. You will define reporting strategies and identify data sources for reporting. Your responsibilities will include performing data quality analysis, identifying issues, and proposing solutions to resolve them. You will guide product teams in creating physical data model designs and ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines. Additionally, you will facilitate discussions to understand data sources, establish systems of record, and create current and future state data flows. The position requires a deep understanding of data modeling principles and architecture concepts, as well as extensive experience in designing databases that support complex business processes. This hybrid position requires you to be onsite twice a week or as needed, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the field, with at least 7 years focused on data modeling and 5 years in data warehouse database design. A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field is required, with additional training in Google Cloud Platform Data Analytics, Salesforce, or ServiceNow preferred.
