Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data architecture strategy.
• Create and optimize data models for various systems.
• Design and implement end-to-end data integration solutions.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards.
• Assess and recommend new data technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with IT, software development, and business teams to meet data needs.
• Monitor and optimize data architecture performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 8 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data integration.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ER/Studio and Erwin.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies like Azure Synapse, Azure Fabric, Data Factory, Data/Delta Lake, and Databricks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing data architecture projects from inception to completion.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements like GDPR and CCPA.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
• Familiarity with data integration platforms like Informatica and Talend.
