Capco's Data Team is dedicated to transforming every aspect of our clients' businesses through effective data management. As a Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in formulating data strategies and defining business and technology initiatives across the data management lifecycle. In an era where digital technologies are rapidly advancing and regulations are becoming stricter, the importance of high-quality data is paramount. Our team works to establish comprehensive methods for managing data through the modern data supply chain, facilitating its consumption through analytics, modeling, AI, machine learning, dashboarding, and reporting. In this role, you will collaborate across various domains and solution offerings within Capco to tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions. You will leverage leading data platforms to create data-driven strategies that drive transformation for our clients. Your responsibilities will include establishing policies and guidelines for Data Governance, ensuring that data decisions are consistent and adhere to best practices. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date Data Standardization definitions, Data Dictionary, and Data Lineage, ensuring they are accessible to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with ETL, Replication, and DBA teams to determine best practices for data transformations and movements. Mentoring Data Analysts to uphold best practices in database design and data management will also be a key part of your role. You will assist in the overall architectural solutions, including Data Warehouse, Master Data Management (MDM), Operational Data Store (ODS), and Data Replication/ETL initiatives. Collaborating with business teams and the Enterprise Architecture team will be essential to ensure optimal architectural solutions from a data perspective. You will also play a significant role in implementing a strategic roadmap for MDM and ensuring that the architectural rules and design of the MDM process are well-documented and adhered to.
