About The Position

As part of this mission, we are seeking a skilled professional to work on big data and analytics projects. This role involves gathering and integrating large volumes of data, performing thorough analyses, interpreting results, and developing actionable insights and recommendations that can be utilized across the organization. You will be responsible for acquiring data from multiple sources to conduct your analyses, identifying and interpreting trends or patterns in complex datasets to answer business questions, and providing recommendations for action based on your findings. In this position, you will also be tasked with reporting on project activities, sizing projects, tracking time, and ensuring compliance with company standards regarding data acquisition and sharing. You will play a key role in the development process, bringing hands-on expertise to transformational initiatives and championing the quality, performance, and integrity of our data platforms. Your focus will be on designing and implementing robust and scalable data solutions, optimizing data processes, and improving data reliability and quality. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will partner with the data analytics team and key stakeholders to understand their data requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster strong partnerships with business leaders, risk management teams, and other stakeholders will be crucial to your success. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance for three or more days per week, while allowing flexibility for remote work on other days.
