The Data Architect position at Stefanini Group is a pivotal role within the Information/Data Architecture Practice, focusing on supporting major initiatives in Marketing, Sales, Service, and Portfolio management. The ideal candidate will possess a robust architectural background, with extensive knowledge in data architecture, hands-on experience in data model design, and a solid understanding of data analytics architecture. This role requires collaboration with enterprise architects, solution architects, business teams, and product teams to develop strategies, design data models, and establish information flows. The Data Architect will also be responsible for performing data quality analysis, setting standards and best practices, and guiding product teams in the implementation of these designs. In this role, the Data Architect will lead design discussions, create conceptual and logical data models, and maintain data dictionaries. They will define reporting strategies and identify data sources for reporting purposes. The candidate will also conduct data quality analyses to identify issues and propose effective solutions. Furthermore, the Data Architect will guide product teams in creating physical data model designs and ensure adherence to established standards and guidelines. The position also involves creating an information architecture roadmap that outlines current, near-term, and long-term views of data architecture, facilitating discussions to understand data sources, and establishing systems of record while creating current and future state data flows.
