As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for working on big data and analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company. You will acquire data from multiple sources to perform analysis, identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to provide answers to business questions, as well as provide recommendations for action. Your role will also involve interpreting data and analyzing results using various statistical techniques and tools. Other accountabilities include reporting on project activities, sizing projects, tracking time, testing, user documentation, and technical documentation. You will ensure all data acquisition, sharing, and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership by leading and actively participating in the development process, bringing hands-on expertise to transformational initiatives. You will be an owner and champion of data platform quality, performance, and integrity. With a focus on data engineering, you will design and implement robust and scalable solutions, ensuring performance tuning and efficiency of data-related processes and systems. You will also need to demonstrate technology proficiency in one or more of the core cloud platforms, including cloud data migration and Azure, while implementing methods to improve data reliability and quality. Additionally, you will model data sources to help draw a more comprehensive picture of user flows to enable powerful data analysis. Communication and collaboration are essential, as you will partner with the data analytics team and key stakeholders to understand data requirements, acting as an excellent communicator and collaborator, fostering strong partnerships with business leaders, risk management teams, and other stakeholders.
