About the position

The Data Architect role at Ehub Global is a senior position focused on driving the execution of the data strategy for the reinsurance division. This hybrid role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to define, plan, and deliver technical solutions that align with business outcomes. The position involves collaborating with internal customers to understand their analytics and business intelligence needs, leading technology activities, and ensuring the delivery of a modern cloud-based data environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the Data Strategy for the reinsurance division.
• Define, plan, and deliver technical solutions that support business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal customers to understand analytics and business intelligence needs.
• Lead the execution of data and analytics technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Define and deliver data & analytics architecture and tooling for a cloud-based environment.
• Ensure security, integrity, and quality of data while enabling agility and performance.
• Support rapid ingestion of new data and deployment of advanced analytic models.
• Promote sharing and reuse of code and capabilities in a cloud-first environment.
• Manage engagement across delivery teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with MS SQL, Data modeling, ADF, Azure ADLS, Data Bricks, and CICD as Data lead.
• 5 years of experience in P&C Insurance is required.
• Strong team leadership with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Deep experience leading data and analytics organizations in a complex multi-national environment.
• Proven history of delivering data and analytics projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Reinsurance domain knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in a flat lean organization.
