About the position

As a Data Lead/Data Architect at Publicis Sapient, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining data architecture across the Agile Release Train (ART). This position requires a deep understanding of business requirements to implement effective data solutions that facilitate the Engineering Tool Suite. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of data integrity and availability, which is crucial for the success of our clients' digital transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include the development of the Architectural Runway, conducting gap analysis, and formulating data migration and integration strategies. You will design, develop, implement, and maintain various data models, utilizing relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases. Managing the complete lifecycle of Database, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics projects from inception to phased operationalization will be a key aspect of your role. You will also oversee large database migrations from on-premises to AWS cloud environments, ensuring compliance with complex government standards. Collaboration with government business sponsors will be essential to understand their intent and clarify business and technical requirements, as well as the impacts across the train. You will map systems and interfaces used to manage data and set standards for data management. Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements will be part of your responsibilities, including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability. In addition, you will assess database implementation procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, monitor system performance through regular testing, troubleshooting, and integrating new features, and provide cost projections. You will also recommend solutions to enhance both new and existing database systems and educate team members through training and individual support.
