About the position

The Data Assistant (Part-Time, Temporary) position at Rowan-Virtua SOM involves supporting the ENDO-SBIRT Project, which focuses on identifying women with opiate use disorders and chronic pain who may have endometriosis. The role includes collecting, storing, and monitoring project data to facilitate the study, ensuring data security, and participating in quality improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide participant follow-up and health outcomes tracking.
• Implement the data collection plan developed by the evaluation team.
• Participate in regular, continuous quality improvement meetings to improve project services and outcomes.
• Assist with performance monitoring and reporting.
• Exhibit knowledge of cultural differences, including socioeconomic factors, cultural traditions, and spiritual beliefs.
• Keep abreast of all federal, state, and Rowan-Virtua SOM regulations, laws, and policies relevant to data collection and security.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as appropriate and related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Background in healthcare, social work, human services, or related field preferred.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail.
• Must be a team player with interest in implementing innovative, evidence-based practices.
