The Data Associate Manager, Digital Products & Experiences at IMAX plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing customer data to enhance marketing strategies and improve conversion rates. In this position, the Data Associate Manager will perform strategic analyses on data from IMAX's digital channels, ensuring that the data collected is accurate and actionable. This includes managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrations, overseeing data flows, maintaining data integrity, and executing segmentation efforts for various marketing campaigns. The individual will also be tasked with identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Brand & Digital team, creating performance reports that inform department heads and executive teams about campaign effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves overseeing attribution linking, data endpoints, and tracking sources, as well as implementing measurement and reporting dashboards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to set up experiments that influence strategic direction and optimize performance. The Data Associate Manager will also develop forecasting models to provide insights that drive business growth and enhance customer relationships. Monitoring consumer data trends and privacy regulations is critical, as is conducting regular audits of IMAX's consumer data to mitigate risks and uncover new opportunities.
