In your role as a data business analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that include analyzing customer needs and conducting research on a wide range of services. You will be responsible for data analysis across different, large, and complex data sources, utilizing this data to develop Operation Value Streams (OVS) that identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery. Your work will involve formulating problem statements to pinpoint areas for improvement and identifying data-backed personas associated with services and value streams. You will also analyze the impact of implemented opportunities on service delivery improvements and customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, public speaking, and the ability to think outside the box will be essential in this role as you support the necessary organizational changes to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs and conduct research on various services.
  • Perform data analysis on large and complex data sources.
  • Develop Operation Value Streams (OVS) to identify opportunities for service delivery improvements.
  • Formulate problem statements to identify areas for service delivery enhancement.
  • Identify data-backed personas associated with services and value streams.
  • Analyze the impact of implemented opportunities on service delivery improvements and customer satisfaction.
  • Support organizational changes required to improve service delivery.
  • Communicate findings effectively, including public speaking and briefing.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Five (5) years of proven experience in data analysis, data collection, and data presentation involving large, complex systems.
  • Five (5) years of proven experience in data visualization.
  • Five (5) years of proven experience in data-backed decisions that drive organizational change.
  • Proven experience in understanding issues and their root causes, with the ability to articulate them clearly.
  • Proven experience correlating data to customer needs to derive positive change.
  • Proven experience developing problem statements and data-driven Operations Value Streams (OVS).
  • Understanding of Customer Centric thinking when analyzing User Experience.
