About the position

As a Field Technician at DISH, you will be responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions directly to customers' homes. This role involves representing the DISH brand while providing installation and support services for satellite television and smart home products. Responsibilities

• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers' homes.
• Install and configure satellite television and smart home equipment.
• Provide customer support and troubleshooting for installed services.
• Represent the DISH brand professionally in customer interactions.
• Maintain and manage company-supplied tools and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Basic technical skills related to installation and troubleshooting.
