About the position

The Data Center Account Manager at Securitas Inc. is responsible for managing security services and operations for assigned accounts, ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients. This role involves client service, problem resolution, service enhancement, new business development, and operational effectiveness. The Account Manager will lead Security Supervisors, coordinate site needs, and perform various management functions to maintain high standards of security and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage security services and operations for assigned accounts.
  • Provide lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities of work.
  • Coordinate necessary needs of the site to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Handle client service and problem resolution for assigned accounts.
  • Enhance and expand service offerings to clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.
  • Prepare post orders and manage staffing and scheduling.
  • Supervise and train security personnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • 2+ years of security experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a large account with 5,000+ hours.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as an Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager.
