About The Position
The Data Center Analyst - Console Operations is responsible for providing first-level support for data center operations, ensuring the highest level of service for hardware management and troubleshooting. This role involves installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of data center equipment, as well as managing inventory and reporting metrics to leadership. The position requires flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays, and on-call duties in a dynamic 24x7x365 environment.
