About the position

The Data Center Analyst position at TRA'BIAN ENTERPRISES focuses on the infrastructure and maintenance of data center operations. The role involves ensuring the health and security of data center environments, managing daily batch scheduling, and coordinating with infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently. The analyst will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, maintaining visibility of system schedules, and adhering to data center policies.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient with data center operations across all campuses and sites.
• Conduct routine physical inspections of data center rooms and generators.
• Perform daily health checks of the data center.
• Maintain daily batch scheduling using Control-M.
• Coordinate exceptions and critical activities outside of normal processes.
• Manage monitoring, physical security, and data center policies.
• Execute the Rapid Response process and document relevant information.
• Provide holistic status updates on operational performance during shifts.
• Report on Sev-1 events and disruption recap activities for leadership.

Requirements

• Data center experience
• Mid-level experience with Control-M
• Ability to multi-task effectively
