This position aims to support the company's strategic direction in liquid cooling technologies, particularly in the context of advanced chip and server-level cooling solutions to facilitate AI growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge and experience in the liquid cooling industry to drive innovation and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to technical and business teams.
  • Develop a roadmap for chip, server, and rack level thermal needs in the data center industry.
  • Analyze liquid cooling technology and adoption trends.
  • Research the industry ecosystem, trends, key players, decision makers, and value chain.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in liquid cooling technology and industry.
  • Evaluate innovative solutions and collect market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering with some academic business background or hands-on business development experience.
  • 7-10 years of related job experience in the hardware/data center industry, preferably including 1-3 years of management or leadership experience in product management.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in liquid cooling for data centers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the liquid cooling and data center industry, trends, and value chain.
  • Time and priority management skills with a drive to see projects to completion.
