About the position

The Data Center Dev/MSPI Engineering Program Manager (EPM) is responsible for driving the planning and execution of early prototype vehicles, focusing on silicon reliability and software development. This role involves collaboration with architecture and engineering teams to define hardware specifications and support global project plans for builds. The EPM will lead development timelines, manage internal review processes, and serve as the primary contact for contract manufacturers and team members worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and execution of prototype builds.
  • Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to define hardware definitions based on validation goals.
  • Support the overall project plan for builds globally.
  • Lead development timelines for new boards and flexes.
  • Manage the internal review process and release to vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract manufacturers and worldwide team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in engineering program management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of hardware design and development processes.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive timelines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
