About the position

The Data Center Electronic Security Senior Project Manager at Diversified is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects related to electronic security systems, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. This role involves extensive communication with stakeholders, managing project activities, and providing leadership to both internal teams and external partners. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Oversee project management functions on all client site projects, budgets, and scopes.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing clear leadership and ownership of the project.
• Coordinate all activities associated with the timely and accurate completion of projects, including engaging stakeholders and delegating responsibilities.
• Perform field verification of prospective work sites and document any issues.
• Coordinate all drawings and documentation between internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate design reviews and ensure proper documentation in the field.
• Coordinate training and turnover of projects to clients and service departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in project management.
• Deep knowledge of electronic security systems.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction trades and settings.
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM).
• Knowledge of Lenel Certification.
• Knowledge of Genetec Certification.
• Knowledge of Avigilon Certification.
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
