About the position

The Data Center Logistics Associate L1 at Milestone Technologies is responsible for the safe movement of parts within client Data Centers. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to maintain inventory control, ensure accurate shipments and receipts, and transport inventory using various equipment. The position emphasizes adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to service delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Safely move parts into, out of, and around the client Data Centers.
• Maintain strict inventory control and conduct accurate system transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts.
• Transport inventory using hand, material handling equipment (forklifts or pallet jacks), and box trucks following safety procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Commit to excellence in overall service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of operations experience.
• 1+ years of material handling experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environment.
• Current valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• A current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner's certificate.
• Ability to work with instruction as part of a larger team.
• Initiative to complete tasks independently.
• Agility to manage changing workload priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Inventory control skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Proficient in Windows, Apple (Mac and iPad), and peripheral devices.

Nice-to-haves

• Certificate in operational experience of 16' and 26' box truck driving.
• Forklift or electric pallet jack experience.
