About the position

The Data Center Operations Analyst is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and storage systems within the data center. This role ensures optimal data performance, availability, and security while providing technical infrastructure services to both internal and external clients. The position also involves monitoring environmental conditions to prevent hardware damage and downtime, and it offers a fully remote work opportunity for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and storage systems according to established procedures and policies.
• Administer data center operations to ensure data performance, availability, and security.
• Provide timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure service to internal and external clients.
• Monitor and maintain environmental conditions to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and power supply.

Requirements

• Three years' experience in an IT setting.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
