About the position

The Data Center Operations Analyst will support the Client Spares Readiness team within Data Center Central Operations, focusing on data accuracy across various workstreams. This role involves managing spare parts data governance, new zone turnup, and project-based spares collection, ensuring effective inventory accuracy and supplier onboarding. The analyst will also support the Data Center Bug SLO program and contribute to the Fix-the-Risks project.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct account leadership with weekly internal syncs and a monthly metrics report.
  • Conduct weekly PIR syncs to resolve vendor technical questions within the procurement process.
  • Facilitate weekly New Zone syncs and project-based syncs internally.
  • Prepare a high-level metrics report for stakeholders via email and live MBR during the second week of the following month.
  • Act as a single point of escalation for issues.
  • Provide end-to-end tactical support for New Zone Turnup, including spares level setup and reporting.
  • Coordinate with General Contractors to build spares lists by zone for new builds.
  • Establish expected inventory levels by hub, spoke, and pharmacy locations.
  • Report on Purchase Orders and stocking by site.
  • Create part numbers for Contractor Furnished Spares.
  • Support Product Lifecycle projects, including replacement coordination and revision lineage in PLM software.
  • Assist in new product BOM completion with manufacturers and organize new product lists.
  • Manage Data Center Bug Closure SLO and Response SLO support.
  • Support operational activities related to the Fix-the-Risks program.
  • Complete, update, and improve analytics for reporting needs.
