About The Position
The Data Center Operations Technician I is a critical role within Flexential, responsible for providing physical and Level II technical support to customers in a 24x7x365 operational environment. This position requires a solid understanding of facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and PC troubleshooting. The technician must represent Flexential professionally during customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining a clean and organized data center environment.
