About the position

The Data Center Operations Technician Level 2 at Tactical Overwatch Command LLC is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of critical data center infrastructure. This role involves responding to alarms, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and mentoring junior technicians. The position is essential for maintaining the reliability and precision required in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms related to high temperature, UPS, UPS battery, health report errors, fluid cooler, pump skid, generator, switchgear, leak detection, and cooling systems.
• Complete work orders accurately and timely, participating in policy and procedure development.
• Handle various tools and equipment with precision.
• Mentor and train Level 1 technicians.
• Perform assigned collateral duties and tasks as directed by management.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on critical equipment.
• Inspect and install heat containment measures to ensure proper floor temperatures.

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• OSHA 10 Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• First Aid Certification
• Technical Trade School related to Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics
