About the position

The Data Center Security Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients and their guests. The officer will conduct patrols, manage access control, and respond to incidents, all while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the shift.
• Perform access control duties to ensure security.
• Respond to incidents and assist in conflict resolution.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate computer and technology skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are a plus.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security experience required.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
