About the position

The Data Center Services Technician at Atlas Power Services is responsible for supporting cryptocurrency mining operations by deploying mining devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and analyzing operational data. This role emphasizes problem-solving and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the company's commitment to sustainable technology initiatives and economic growth in local communities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy mining devices.
• Troubleshoot high level technical problems.
• Analyze data to identify trends or relationships among variables.
• Review designs, codes, test plans, or documentation to ensure quality.
• Maintain documentation to support operations.
• Provide feedback regarding observations during duties which could increase efficiency and effectiveness of miners and other operations.
• Perform other duties in line with the role as instructed by the Site Lead.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of computer functionality, programs, and/or operating systems.
• Understanding of Computer Hardware Maintenance.
• A+ Certification (preferred).
• Net+ Certification (preferred).
• Server+ Certification (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Valid CompTIA Server+ certification.
• Experience in computer skills.
