Xerox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Solution Architect to join our team in delivering world-class data center solutions. This role is pivotal in designing innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and drive business success. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data center technologies, including servers, storage, hyperconverged infrastructure, and public cloud infrastructure as a service. The Data Center Solution Architect will be responsible for translating business requirements into successful data center solutions, ensuring that the solutions are not only technically sound but also commercially viable for our clients. In this position, you will generate complete Bills of Materials for data center solutions and create detailed Statements of Work for solution delivery. You will lead the end-to-end design of service proposals, which may vary in size and complexity, and ensure that the solutions are compelling enough to make Xerox the preferred choice for our clients. Your role will involve engaging with cross-functional teams to develop seamless service designs and providing continuous feedback to stakeholders to drive improvements. The Data Center Solution Architect will also assist in preparing and delivering service contract proposals, bids, and tenders. You will be expected to articulate the entire service offering to clients or partners, clearly identifying the benefits and risks associated with the proposed solutions. This position requires a collaborative approach, as you will work closely with shared services and service delivery teams, as well as external partners, to ensure operational readiness and successful implementation of the solutions.
