The Data Center Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support in a data center environment, focusing on hardware quality, product engineering, and issue resolution. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computing hardware and electronic systems.
• Analyze and visualize data using SQL, JMP, or Python.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve hardware issues.
• Influence and guide others in troubleshooting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, or relevant engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in computing hardware quality, product engineering, test engineering, or electronic hardware systems issue resolution.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL, JMP, or Python.
• Strong people skills to work with and influence others.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in troubleshooting/repair of server/storage and networking products.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
• Experience working in a hardware development (R&D) lab environment.
• Experience working in a data center environment.
