About the position

The Data Center Support Team is responsible for providing essential support in large server rooms, ensuring that all computer parts are properly documented and delivered to designated service rooms. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of operations within the data center, and it offers training at a different site. The position operates on a standard weekday schedule, allowing for a structured work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in large server rooms.
  • Ensure all computer parts are properly documented.
  • Deliver computer parts to specific service rooms.
  • Assist with projects at El Segundo and Torrance locations as needed.

Requirements

  • Order Fulfillment experience is required.
  • Experience in Warehouse or Inventory Control is preferred.
  • Customer Service skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with Data Center operations is a plus but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a logistics environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
