About the position

The Data Center Support Team role in Downtown Los Angeles involves providing essential support in large server rooms, ensuring proper documentation and delivery of computer parts to designated service rooms. The position requires occasional travel to nearby locations for project assistance and offers training at a different site. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in large server rooms.
  • Ensure all computer parts are properly documented.
  • Deliver computer parts to specific service rooms.
  • Assist with projects at El Segundo and Torrance locations.

Requirements

  • Order Fulfillment experience is required.
  • Experience in Warehouse, Customer Service, and Inventory Control is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Data Center operations is a plus.
