About the position

We are seeking an immediate need for a Data Center Support Engineer to join our team in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT hardware support, with a focus on deploying IBM firmware on servers. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Operating Systems, as well as experience with Microsoft Hyper-V. The Data Center Support Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center, providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of system availability and performance, as well as implementing best practices for data center operations. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT hardware in the data center.
• Deploy IBM firmware on servers as required.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Operating Systems.
• Manage and support Microsoft Hyper-V environments.

Requirements
