About the position

As a Data Center Team Leader at FlexIT Global, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation and maintenance of our data center cabling infrastructure. This position requires a strong leader who can coordinate with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for enforcing safety protocols and procedures, ensuring that all team members adhere to best practices in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will be essential in training and mentoring team members, including deputies and installers, to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. In addition to managing the team, you will conduct quality control checks to ensure that all installations meet NVIS and market standards. This involves a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our cabling infrastructure. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are available for your team to perform their tasks efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with both your team and project stakeholders will be vital to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
