About The Position
The Connectivity & Hardware Support Engineer role involves providing cabling infrastructure and network hardware support at client sites. The position requires hands-on work with patching, break-fix, circuit provision, and recovery, as well as the installation and maintenance of data center hardware. Engineers will be responsible for ensuring connectivity and supporting various hardware components while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
